Do you have a successful background in direct enterprise sales working on big ticket, complex sales? With the natural ability to establish and develop relationship with senior Finance and IT contacts within your network? Fancy making that change to work for a “visionary” Fin-Tech software firm who have grown from 200 to 300 in a year with similar levels of expected growth year on year?
My client is seeking out the top sales talent in the market, those who are actually aware and have an understanding in Business and IT (architecture, accounting regulations, best practices etc) in the key sector of FS. You will get to work for a firm whose share price has sky-rocketing 115% in a year and where there are no limits on your earning potential!
As part of the position you will manage existing clientele who are big FS names in the market, also work across Europe to creatively run sales campaigns to a new and expanding market of the firm. There will be relationship building and credibility required at the highest level – CFO/ VP/CIO. You will be responsible for the handling of the sales of the renowned “visionary” software and associated professional services.
You will have the following experience:
- Ability to establish and develop relationships with Senior FS/IT contacts
- A self-starter who can work independently
- Effective time-management
- Good business skills to understand the challenges and problems customers face so you can sell solutions effectively
- Have the drive/energy and commitment required for the sales process
- Educated to degree level or similar

Salary: up to £85,000 base salary – OTE £170,000 BUT IT IS UNCAPPED!
Travel: UK/ EU wide – must be flexible
