For over 20 years, our client has been an industry leader in the financial services and consultancy sector. They successfully operate in most countries across the globe and have a truly outstanding industry reputation and service.
To be based from their fantastic EMEA Headquarters, they are looking to recruit an Inside Sales Account Manager to manage sales to their IT resellers and distributors throughout the EMEA region. Your role will include the following duties and responsibilities:
- Proactively manage relationships with key retail customers both direct and indirect
- Be the primary point of contact for your assigned IT retail accounts
- Negotiating and quoting prices and purchasing volumes, processing orders, arranging deliveries
- Work closely with customers to ensure the maintenance of reasonable inventory levels
- Analysis and maintenance of the customer’s weekly stock and sales-out data
- Work closely with customers to produce 4 week rolling product purchasing forecast
- Manage and co-ordinate company participation in any relevant retail purchasing auctions or bids for products
- Work with relevant European Field Sales and Inside Sales teams to ensure correct execution and roll-out of pan European retail business within selected accounts, both direct and indirect
- Ensure customers are kept up to date with current and future product releases
- Attend occasional customer meetings, events and trade shows
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
- Fluency in English is essential. Fluency also in any EMEA language is an advantage but not essential
- Previous sales /account management experience
- Be customer focused and able to develop client relationships
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong time management and negotiation skills
NB: THIS JOB IS ON OFFER AS A 9-12 MONTH MATERNITY COVER CONTRACT ROLE. Basic pro rata salary of £22,000 - £26,000 basic + commission (OTE an additional 30% on top of salary - 10% personal objectives and 20% target.
