Acorn is a leading provider of training, learning and development solutions with over 1,300 apprentices in learning each week.

We are looking for an NVQ Assessor to join our successful training delivery team to deliver CIPD Level 5 apprenticeships in conjunction with a local college.

As an NVQ Assessor, you will be required to; develop excellent working relationships with learners and clients, ensure that learners achieve their qualification within the specified timeframe and ensure that delivery is achieved within internal and external requirements.

Applicants must have a CIPD qualification, current CIPD membership and experience of working in a HR role. Possession of a training assessor qualification and experience in delivering CIPD qualifications would be advantageous.

We are looking to hear from commercially aware, passionate and ambitious HR professionals with the ability to build excellent working relationships and achieve tight deadlines. If you have a passion for HR and would like to impart your knowledge onto others in the field of HR, this role could be for you.

Part-time hours would be considered as would consultancy work. The role is home based with the requirement to travel to client sites across South Wales. A driving licence and own transport is essential.
