Lettings Negotiator

Position: Lettings Negotiator / Senior Negotiator / Associate 
Location: Hyde Park & Marylebone 
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 8:40am – 6:00pm 
Salary: £16k – 18k basic, OTE depending on experience

They are seeking driven, charismatic and loyal individuals with proven experience in residential lettings, who can demonstrate exceptional negotiation and customer service skills. You will be self-motivated and dynamic, using your initiative and skills to ensure that set targets are met and exceeded.

- Qualify applicants and conduct effective accompanied viewings 
- Ensure all prospective tenants are correctly referenced and landlords provide approval 
- Provide feedback to landlords and applicants in line with company standards 
- Prepare and arrange production of tenancy documentation within company guidelines 
- Keep landlords informed of all negotiations with prospective tenants 

About you: 

- Track record of consistently achieving lettings targets and related KPI’s 
- Currently working within lettings, preferably in Central London 
- Basic knowledge of relevant industry legislation 
- Outstanding influencing and networking skills 
- Exceptional people skills 
- Full valid driving licence 

You may have experience of the following: Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, Residential Properties, Lettings Agent, Property, Lettings Officer, Residential Lettings, etc.
