Leading UK media agency based in Central London are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner/ Revenue Accountant to join their growing team. This company is rapidly growing has fantastic offices and good long term career potential.

You will be the lead finance partner to the Project Mangers, Account Directors & Managers and clients the business are working with.
Responsibilities:
• Quickly establish strong working relationships with non-financial management in order to both support and challenge depending on the circumstance.
• You will create the bridge between Finance and the business in order to support the business in all finance and commercial queries and decisions.
• This includes supporting the Project Mangers, Account Directors & Managers and clients with operational and strategic decisions and preparing scenario planning to assess the associated financial impact.
• Producing analytical work, sourcing information and preparing reports to better enable the team to service our key global clients.
• Preparing analysis in support of fee negotiations and client profitability reviews.
• Preparation of financial analysis for contract compliance purposes and ongoing client support.
Experience:
• A part-qualified or recently qualified ACCA or CIMA Management Accountant, who is both commercially focused and technically competent, with a well-rounded understanding of business in general.
• Experience must have been gained in a commercial and collaborative environment and include the preparation and analysing of management accounts in a timely and efficient manner as well as forecasting and analysis.
• Have the ability to bridge the finance/non finance gap and ideally has a passion for working in the advertising industry to best allow them to partner with the business.
• Have strong stakeholder management skills including the ability to translate numbers into a business story and to communicate with all levels of the business.
