Amazing company based in central London, global presence, rapidly growing and a GREAT place to work ...... and they are now recruiting a driven, tenacious and passionate Account Director with a flair for building relationships with strategic account customers, whilst contributing knowledge of the market back to the business.

This is a truly exciting opportunity for an Account Director working with a number of supplier’s that are some of the UK’s largest companies and organisations, in their amazing London offices.

What you will be doing:

  • Set and execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy to generate annual growth
  • Developing and maintaining relationships, facilitating cross-selling opportunities that grow accounts over time
  • Creating and executing targeted account plans in concert with sales managers and executives
  • Coordinating and communicating with sales-support and professional services teams
  • Working with partners to increase opportunity size and expedite closure
  • Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
  • Work with cross-functional team(s) to manage overall sales process
  • Reports on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals

You will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in solution sales (ideally in a CRM, ERP, software and/or B2B company)
  • Proven track record of building satisfied, loyal and referenceable customers C-suite level presence, excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proven success working within a matrixed organisation and establishing strong relationships across all functions
  • Strong operational and analytical abilities
  • Proven record of success in a high volume transaction sales environment Solid understanding of business value based selling
