Our business partner has a a exciting opportunity and looking to recruit an energetic and self-motivated individual to maintain and grow the company's sales in the London area and manage a very dynamic sales team

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to display the following skills:

Manage a team that is focused on; developing new business Understanding on how to construct team and individual strategy to win contract / project wins that will meet / exceed budgets Mentor, coach and direct a Sales team Displaying previous over target sales achievements in your previous roles with in the MPS /Document Solutions arena Nurture a success culture by leading from the front, strong leadership and setting high standards

Excellent one to one coaching & mentoring in the field to maximise cross sell and new business opportunities

• Responsible for the London territory budget

• Management and recruitment of (and to) the London sales team

• Developing new business, maintaining customer relations, creating up- and cross-sell plans. Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in B2B sales with a proven track record • Experience in this or related industries is an advantage • Ability and willingness to work flexibly.
