Please note, this role requires travel between Milton Keynes and London. You must be able to travel between these locations to apply for this position. You will spend a minimum of 2 days a week in Milton Keynes with the rest of the week spent either in London or home working.

Your new role
You will work as part of the content team focusing on creating new and creative content for the innovation and learning team. You will work on a number of projects which will support the Training and Knowledge team, across online and offline channels. You will have the opportunity to use your creativity and design skills to transform the way in which content is produced for the business. You will also design material to help market the Training & Knowledge team within the firm. This will range from producing marketing material to creating and maintaining an online presence on all available social media platforms. Experience of doing this in a previous role will be essential.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date on the progress of each project. You will be able to prioritise the workload to ensure all deadlines are met. You will also have a thirst for learning new technologies and be able to pick up new technology quickly, and have excellent communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential as is the ability to multi-task. You will demonstrate a methodical, analytical and clear approach to problems and how to negotiate solutions. You will spend 2 days a week in the Milton Keynes office, with the option to work out of London or home for the rest of the week.
