Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support Engineer (Windows Active Directory Exchange Citrix Office). Opportunity to join one of the UKs largest Investment Management firms. As a Service Desk Analyst you will provide 1st line technical support to a global user base of over 1500, both remote and some hands-on.

You'll provide first class customer service to all internal users, resolving issues where possible and escalating detailed calls accurately to the relevant Support Team, ensuring the correct priority level is assigned to the call and is adherence to the SLA. Working as part of a friendly and dedicated team you will work a shift pattern covering 0730 to 1800 (with various differing times within those hours).

*Strong knowledge of the following technologies: Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, Office 2010, Windows 7
*Microsoft Office knowledge - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
*Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Proactive with excellent organisational skills
