We have a fantastic opportunity for a Hotel Revenue Manager at this impressive 4 star Hotel. For this stunning property we are looking for a brilliant Revenue expert to complement the existing Senior Management team.
What you will be doing

As Revenue Manager you will be responsible for driving sales for all revenue streams through strategic planning and management of systems to maximise overall revenue. You will be part of the senior management team and work to maximise total revenue, market share and profits through the strategic development and deployment of revenue driving activities.

You will utilise all revenue management tactics, processes and procedures whilst being responsible for driving total revenue through accommodation, meetings & events and leisure along with supporting the revenue strategy in the Restaurant sectors. You will lead our Meetings & Events/Reservations Team and work closely with the Sales Manager to maximise opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate

•3-5 years direct experience of revenue management within rooms, meeting and conferencing Management

•Advanced Excel.

•Strong preference for setting up and using systems to monitor and evaluate informationfrom a wide variety of sources.

•Strong preference for analysing and organising numerical financial and statistical data. Strong presentational and influencing skills.

Strong leadership qualities

•Effective coaching skills.

•Effective communication skills.

•Effective organisation and planning.

•Fluent English
