Employee Benefits Technical Specialist
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a boutique employee benefits consultancy based in South West London. As part of a small team responsibilities will include implementing Auto-Enrolment compliant Group Personal Pensions which will include sourcing pension scheme terms from the major providers and agreeing pension contribution structure with the employer. Also, implementing new Employee Benefits schemes (Group Risk / Healthcare) - requesting quotes from providers and agreeing scheme structure with clients.
The successful candidate will have good knowledge of Auto-Enrolment and thorough knowledge of Group Risk and Healthcare schemes, and ideally you will have experience of working in an IFA environment. You will be conversant with Microsoft Office and have good organisational skills. This role includes dealing with large amounts of data and therefore attention to detail is essential.
Excellent communication skills will be required and you must be comfortable in discussing requirements with both the employer and providers, therefore a good level of technical knowledge will be required.
