A health regulator based in London is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support their CEO and President.
Main duties for the Executive Assistant:
Provide high quality diary management
Managing all enquiries and inbox for both CEO and President
Manage and coordinate internal and external meetings
Manage administration of recruitment, annual appraisals and exit interviews
Attend events and conferences
Provide ad hoc cover for reception
Line management of 2 administrators
Essential criteria for the Executive Assistant:
Educated to degree level
Previous experience of supporting at senior level
Excellent coordination skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Previous experience of managing complex diaries
