Information Security Program Manager - Customer Support, Managed Services

Up to £65,000 (Dependent on experience)

They are built on years of research in penetration testing, social engineering and forensics to name a few. Having experienced around 200% growth over the last couple of years across their US and UK offices, they are now requiring an Information Security Program Manager experienced in Customer Support and Managed Services with Cyber Security knowledge.

The Role: The successful Information Security Program Manager experienced in Customer Support and Managed Services with Cyber Security knowledge will interact with customers, sales and IT teams to deliver customised solutions and build strong customer relationships. The successful Information Security Program Manager experienced in Customer Support and Managed Services with Cyber Security knowledge will help ensure the delivery of projects to the clients' satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth and enhancement to their overall strategy. The successful Information Security Program Manager experienced in Customer Support and Managed Services with Cyber Security knowledge will help build and implement effective programs to educate customer based upon their chosen environment. The successful Information Security Program Manager experienced in Customer Support and Managed Services with Cyber Security knowledge will help develop custom reporting tailored to customer needs. The successful Information Security Program Manager experienced in Customer Support and Managed Services with Cyber Security knowledge will coordinate customer focused activities to ensure successful implementation.

Required Skills / Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years' experience supporting customers in a consultative or customer support role - this is a managed services role so requiring someone who is customer service oriented
  • Experience managing centralised services in a large organisation
  • Technical / Cyber Security knowledge
  • Basic skills in HTML, IT troubleshooting and a good understanding of spear phishing
  • Commercial experience in an Information Security or Cyber Security role is desirable
  • Security-related certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or similar is desirable
  • Must be fluent in English but one other European language is desirable
  • Must be a team player!
  • A passion for Cyber Security!
