Fantastic opportunity to join this exciting and dynamic local company in Newton Abbot, Devon. The vacancy is due to growth and more ambitious plans over the next 5 years.

You will assist the co-ordination of the sales process by working with the Sales team.


- Approving booking agreements between clients
- Preparing itineraries for booked events
- Point of contact for logistical queries for clients
- Cost up and book travel for events when required
- Writing contracts when required
- Raising sales invoices, sending to clients, monitoring payments and
chasing clients when required
- Sending deposit and balance invoices for each event, ensuring the
currency billed is best for the company
- Monitoring the profitability for each event booking
- Taking responsibility for the smooth running of the event in terms of logistics and contracts
- Working in our busy admin and booking team
- Covering admin team when required
- Answering inbound enquiries when required
- Covering out of hours logistics phone when required


- Strong Accuracy Skills
- Previous experience in approving contracts
- Previous experience in an accounts position
- Ideally an understanding of the events industry
- Passionate about entertainment and events
- Experience booking flights, hotels, visas is preferred but not essential
- Excellent written communication skills
- Internet research skills
