Global Sales Account Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Global Sales Account Manager to join Ink, a market leader in Travel Media.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will have some experience of B2B sales, have a high level of diligence, be client centred and be hungry for success.

About the role:

AsGlobal Sales Account Manager your role will primarily be focused on prospecting new business opportunities and selling targeted advertising solutions (boarding passes, web pages and confirmation emails) to businesses who benefit from attracting a travelling audience.

You role requires you to manage the entire business development process - from planning, prospecting and contacting clients to advising, selling, negotiating and closing, as well as keeping excellent client relationship and account management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prospecting new business opportunities
  • Pitching products and/or services
  • Achieving high call volumes per day and working to KPIs and targets
  • Establishing customer needs and selling products accordingly
  • Building strong relationships with new clients
  • Objection handling and negotiation
  • Closing the deals over the phone
  • Negotiating contracts and packages
  • Constant self-study, learning about the changes in the markets and sector/industries you are working on
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Working to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s

About you:

  • Previous B2B sales or client acquisition experience preferable, but not essential
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral (additional language is an advantage)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken with the ability to liaise at all levels
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage own workload
  • Confident, persuasive and determined
  • Motivated and results-driven
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Strong desire to learn, develop skills and succeed
  • Passion for travel
