THE COMPANY: A well-established and rapidly growing international organisation who have a strong product pipeline and a responsiveness to customer needs and feedback. They provide a premium quality range of devices, equipment and ancillaries to orthopaedic theatre environments and they are currently seeking to recruit an energetic, driven and credible relationship builder to manage and grow their business within the South East

THE ROLE: As Account Manager, the successful candidate will enjoy an autonomous role in which they will be managing, winning and growing key clinical and commercial relationships within theatre and procurement environments, selling very much on surgeon and patient benefits. Candidates must have a proven track record selling medical devices into the NHS. Whilst surgical sales experience would be of benefit, the company will consider successful ,edical salespeople who have excelled in other therapy areas as long as they have a genuine desire to move into surgical sales. Full product (and, if necessary, market) training will be provided and career as well as earning prospects are industry-leading.

The Package for Account Manager:
  • Basic: £35,000 to £42,000
  • Commission: £10,000 to £20,000
  • Car: Fully expensed company car
