2nd Line Support Analyst - Law Firm
- Provide senior 2nd Line support to all users.
- Support users deskside, as well as remotely
- Get involved with all firm projects - system upgrades, systems refreshes & solution implementations
- Install new/replacement workstations.
- Connect and set up all required hardware and software for individual users and meeting rooms as necessary.
- Microsoft Products - Office 2010, Windows 7
- Telephony/Mobiles - Cisco Unity, BES Server, iPads, Blackberrys, iPhones, Android phones
- Legal Applications/Systems - Bighand, iManage, Aderant, InterAction, Workshare
- Printer Maintenance
- PC Imaging
- Previous experience working in an ITIL environment
- MCSA Certified - desirable
