International US Software business is expanding its existing Service Delivery team in London, focusing on creating and managing seamless on-boarding plans with business clients whilst assisting with legacy migrations. Their aim is to deliver an experience so profound that customers love using their products, services and actively recommend them to others.

This role will sit within the heart of a growing team of 5 talented fellow SDM’s focusing on key accounts with the business split regionally across the UK.

•Communicate to relevant stakeholders and execute to timelines.

•Supporting the Business Development Manager by providing consultative support to the existing client base

•Work across multiple internal and external customers and raise any issues immediately.

•Develop proficiency and knowledge of the products and solutions with the ability to clearly communicate appropriate recommendations to address customer needs.

•Learn and utilizes specific software tools and problem solving strategies to solve for customer issues, develops and prioritizes recommendations for product and process improvements


•Strong problem-solving and analytical orientation with the ability to identify root cause of issues, develop recommendations and influence others.

•Demonstrated project management skills for planning/driving tasks across organizations while keeping initiatives on track to achieve desired outcomes

•Results oriented, while respecting people and maintaining integrity without compromise

•Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment
