Commercial Manager

I am seeking a Commercial Manager to run a £200mil new build commercial office scheme in Central London (JCT D&B FoC). This is an opportunity to join right at the start of the project so you can grow your own team and have full commercial control.

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, leading top 10 contractor with an excellent track record, strong expansive order book and a rewarding environment where you will get paid well for performing in your role. You will be running the site as the commercial lead, working alongside a respected and experienced Project Director with surveying reports underneath you.

  • Lead commercial role on a major scheme
  • Overseeing a team of surveyors providing mentoring and support
  • Reporting into a Commercial Director
  • Key contact for the client and PQS
  • Overseeing financial KPIs


  • Track record of running projects in excess of £50mil
  • Ideally experience of new build commercial projects
  • Main contracting background, ideally from a top 20 contractor
  • Degree qualified (ideally construction related)
  • Stable, progressive CV
  • Project experience focused on the London region
  • Residential experience would be ideal
