We are currently seeking a temporary Supported Housing Officer to provide housing management services to our client's vulnerable customers in the South Bucks district of Buckinghamshire (Beconsfield, Gerrards Cross, Iver Heath, Burnham and Farnham). You will be based in the Slough offices.

They will be responsible for all housing management functions including carrying out health and safety checks, ensuring maintenance or repair work has been carried out, resolving neighbourly disputes or incidents of anti-social behaviour and offering tenancy advice to our vulnerable customers or their support agencies.

The successful candidate will be a hard working individual who works well under pressure and is passionate about providing excellent customer service to our customers and other stakeholders. They will also have excellent communication and report writing skills, with a proven background of working with complex IT and housing systems.

Whilst normal office working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, occasional out of hours working may be required to meet the needs of our customers.

The post holder is required to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. An Enhanced DBS Check for working with vulnerable adults is also essential.

This position is offered as temporary for approximately 2 months.
