A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Property Sales Executive to join an international company where they will work within their London office. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within the residential property market in London and have sold both off plan and ready to move in properties. This would be ideal for candidates who have sold to international buyers but could open opportunities for candidates to work in the Middle East in the future, as the client has major developments in this location as well.

Responsibilities Include
* Advising on property investments
* Advising clients through the sales process
* Closing deals
* Learning opportunities including on the job training and coaching
* Building rapport and maintaining client relationships
* Following up on all sales enquiries and closing deals
* Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
* Advising potential clients on property investments
* Ensuring objectives, sales standards, processes and structures are embedded throughout
* Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
* Keeping up to date with products and competitors and general market knowledge
Preferred Experience
* Residential Property Sales experience in London - off-plan or ready-to-move-in
* Have sold to international buyers and investors extensively
* Have experience working either with London Agents or even Real Estate Developers
* At least 2 years' previous experience
