Project Manager/ Client Delivery Manager

£60000 pa + package

We are working with a forward thinking and innovative Facilities Management organisation who are looking for a Client Delivery/FM Project Manager who will be responsible for delivering projects in London and
in other in a driven, enthusiastic and meticulous manner.

This is an excellent opportunity to join this high growth organization and to work with an exciting
global client undergoing an extensive change programme.

KEY Responsibilities
- Project management and client liaison for the facilities management solution design and
implementation for 3 buildings across Europe and the continuous project Management of future buildings.
- Project reporting and communications
- Design, record and keep project plans up to date
- Task creation and monitoring to ensure completion
- Chair weekly (internal and external) meetings, chair steering committee meetings including
write up and circulation of minutes
- Document storage and version control including leases, operating and capital expenditure
data and Instant presentation documents

- Working with the client and project team to articulate the client needs and building these
into the solutions development for the services in each of the buildings.
- Technical support to sales team
- Customer facing
- Customer satisfaction and complaints resolution
- Planning resources
- Key link between the Client's Professional Team in relation to Facilities Management and
Catering including query resolution and attending regular meetings.
- Ensure delivery in line with client expectations and promises
- Extensive travel in the UK and Europe will be required
- Potentially will be involved with further additional projects in other European locations and
management and delivery of early stage due diligence and proposal process
- Purchasing, ordering and expediting of services both in house and from external suppliers
- Responsibility for accurate invoicing and delivering monthly rechargeable expenses to the
- Project and budget reporting
- Financial management of project expenses as well as contract variations.
- Control of project from sales handover to client handover and beyond
- Liaison between sales, client services and client.

- A detailed knowledge of an industry recognised project management methodology, ideally
PRINCE2 or another industry recognised methodology. This will suit someone who can apply
this methodology practically when working with a flexible and changing client.

- Experience of managing tender processes and pre mobilization plans would be beneficial.
-Experience in the commercial aspects of delivering projects for external customers in terms
of customer charging, internal cost control and achievement of margin.
- Working knowledge of Dutch, Spanish or Italian would be advantageous but not essential.
