About the Role
Flannels is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with eCommerce experience. You will work across the digital marketing channels – paid search, SEO, affiliate, email, social media & programmatic, combining data analysis with a creative mindset to develop digital marketing campaigns that help deliver the business’ KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital marketing campaign creation & optimisation
  • Report accurately on the success of digital marketing campaigns against KPIs
  • Invest in paid media, ensuring return-on-investment targets are met
  • Manage SEO, both on & off page
  • Ensure best practices in social media marketing
  • Manage relationships with our affiliate partners
  • Develop email marketing campaigns in line with the marketing calendar

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience running successful PPC, SEO, email, social media, affiliate & programmatic campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills & data-driven thinking, combined with a creative outlook
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Experience with Google AdWords & Bing Ads
  • Experience successfully optimising on-page SEO for eCommerce
  • Ability to create and manage all elements of effective PPC campaigns
  • Track record of developing and managing paid social media campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets
  • Working knowledge of HTML & CSS is desirable
  • Experience of programmatic advertising is desirable
  • Previous experience using the Epsilon Harmony email marketing platform would be an advantage
