Our client who are based in Aberdeen are looking to recruit a Medical Secretary to join their company on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Medical Secretary or have a legal secretarial background.

Duties include:

* To provide secretarial support to the in-house Clinical / Management teams
* Audio and copy typing of correspondence, reports, audits, PowerPoint etc
* Update existing databases and ensure relevant administration procedures are followed
* GP Chasers - manage and oversee follow up reports requested
* Maintain medical and customer confidentiality at all times

Experience Required:

* Qualified Medical Secretary
* Minimum typing speed of 60wpm with experience of audio typing
* A good working knowledge of medical terminology
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* IT literate - Word, Excel and Outlook
