Owing to continual market growth, our client within the retail fashion industry is looking to expand their customer services team in their Central London offices. Great entry-level position for a fluent German-speaker, who is looking to gain office experience and take on more and more responsibilities.

You will be in charge of answering customer enquiries via email, phone and chat to provide the best customer service possible for the German-speaking markets. Successful candidates take on more tasks, such as updating the website, taking care of ecommerce sales and help develop marketing materials.


* German and English to fluent level
* Previous customer service experience (office or retail) beneficial but by no means essential.
