I am seeking Registered Nurse to join a dynamic company as a Deputy Nurse/ Clinical Lead in London's Docklands. The role is full-time (44hrs) with some supernumerary and clinical supervisory shifts, there may also be some night shifts and weekend work as required. The Person

As the Deputy Nurse/ Clinical Lead, you will have responsibility for assisting in the management of the Care Home as a service, a business and as a team. When you join the leadership team you will be responsible for ensuring the whole facility operates effectively and of course ensuring we deliver the very best quality care. You must hold a current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and have a legal right to work in the UK. You will have a positive, flexible attitude and will adopt a person centred ethos, exhibiting empathy and a desire to make a difference. Strong leadership and management qualities are essential with previous experience in care home management being desirable.

The Company

The Care Home belongs to a national healthcare service, who has been providing care to older people and people with physical disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health conditions in nursing and residential homes across the UK. They provide their staff with tailored training and development to further their career within the organisation and use both internal and external trainers to facilitate this.

The Home, itself, is committed to providing care and compassion in a safe, secure but stimulating environment for up to 115 people living with Alzheimer's or other dementia-related illnesses. They also support adults with varying Mental Health Conditions and Physical Disabilities. Currently the home has an inadequate CQC report, they are seeking healthcare professionals with experience of troubleshooting and turning-around a service with a robust plan of action.
