We are working with an excellent East London based academy to appoint a HR Assistant this is an excellent post for a candidate with previous school HR experience your duties will include providing advice and guidance in relation to HR policies and procedures, carrying out HR administration for recruitment, selection, appointments and resignations.
You will be required to monitor and report staff absence, advertise vacancies, recruitment management and employment checks, co-ordinate and issue application packs, send out offer letters and pre-employment checks, carry out references, DBS checks and medical checks.
Other duties include providing administrative support to school management and building relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
This is a full time permanent position paying up to £25k dependent on experience
It is essential you have experience of working within HR in a school and have a sound understanding and knowledge of HR processes.
