EXCITING OPPORTUNITY for a temporary Credit Control Administrator on an on-going basis working for an exciting content and subscription business.

**SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST BE AVAILABLE TO INTERVIEW IMMEDIATELY.**

JOB TITLE: Temporary Credit Control Administrator

REPORTING TO: Credit Manager

HOURS: 9-5:30pm Monday to Friday

LOCATION: Old Street

SALARY: £10.50 per hour

Support the credit control team and sales admin team with a number of administrative tasks including but are not limited to: -

DUTIES:

* Production of chasing emails and handling queries/replies
* Complete supplier application forms
* Upload customer invoices to portals
* Manage and update the disputes tracker and send weekly disputes report to the business
* Chase the outstanding disputes to ensure they are resolved within an average of 7 days and ensure there are no long term issues
* Complete and submit proof of debt forms for liquidations and receivership's
* Deal with department post and daily banking
* Manage the shared email box
* Help cover other finance roles in times of holiday and sickness
* Help with credit card payments and pre-payments
* Provide support as requested by the credit manager

Skills and preferred attributes:-

* Must have a good understanding of Microsoft software - Especially Excel
* Eye for detail
* Fluency in English- Verbal and written
* Numerate
* Team Player
* Ability to prioritise work load
* Good all round office experience
* Understanding of basic sales ledger/credit control
