Very successful betting and online gaming company is looking to expand their Client Relationship and Account Management Team for the German-speaking market. The German-speaking VIP Account Manager will be responsible for building as well as maintaining relationships with the company's high net worth players.

You will not only be a great relationship builder, but also actively involved in the summarising reports about the user's behaviour and their activity. Your feedback will play a vital part in improving the company's services, including their marketing campaigns such as hosted events and other promotions and bonuses.

You will play an important part in encouraging existing high value key accounts to use the company's online services by contacting them and asking them about their customer experience. The German-speaking Account Manager can offer special discounts or promotions to existing customers and hence increase revenues. You will also have the opportunity to attend industry events on a regular basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your Account Management career being responsible for German-speaking clientele within a professional and dynamic area.


* German and English to fluent level
* Great communicator
* Customer focused with strong influencing and persuasive skills
* Previous experience in Account Management, Sales Executive, Business Development, marketing or other promotion work
* Proven track record in developing business, managing key clients or sales within a luxury sector
* Interest in sports or events is beneficial for this role
