Blue Arrow Newbury are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant within Catering and Hospitality that is able to drive business forward, develop long lasting relationships and develop permanant business in a very successful branch. This would be ideal for someone from an Events/conferencing background, Recruitment or Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales

- Manage and maintain a accurate client database (SMS) and a programmed tele-sales campaign, including lead/prospect qualification, appointment making and business generation

- Proactively promote permanent candidates through planned candidate marketing calls

- Enhance the national and local sales initiatives by ensuring all appropriate leads are recorded for action in line with the company business development plan

 

Recruitment

- Prepare and facilitate the ongoing attraction, selection and recruitment of suitable candidates ensuring we have a candidate database that meets client needs

- Screen, interview and assess candidates inline with Company standards, ensuring understanding of their job and career requirements

- Provide an excellent level of service by embracing Blue Arrows promise based culture

 

Service

- Ensure that all customer relationships are on a journey to achieving high road recruitment practises that are aligned to enhancing the lives of everyone that touches Blue Arrow

- Obtain full job specifications and person specifications from clients maximising each opportunity for placements

- Proactively visit clients to obtain full job specifications and ensure all clients have signed Conditions Of Business (COBs) and that all rates are in line with Blue Arrow expectations

- Accurately match candidates to vacancies to meet client expectations

- Proactively arrange interviews, ensuring full candidate and client briefing and de-briefing

- Undertake a post placement check with both candidate and client

- Systematically organise and attend client service visits

- Regularly review customer satisfaction levels through a diarised service evaluation programme in line with clients expectations

- Support other temp and perm desks, including across different sectors as required
