The Junior Brand Sales Executive Role:

With ambitious growth plans, and extended and cooler product range, new global partners and enhanced brand activity across the globe we have a clear strategy to bring the brand to our consumers.

You’ll play a leading role with the Global Sales Team in driving culture and strategy. You’ll demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the regional needs, consumer trends, market opportunities and the competitive landscape.

Responsibilities:

+ Work with the global head of sales distribution in embedding and drive strategic business plan with partner to ensure implementation.
+ Own and monitor fiscal year sales targets for defined markets, set clear goals that link to strategy priorities.
+ Provide expertise and direction to the distributors on the use of selling tools and all relevant materials needed to enable to a successful season.
+ Provide clear direction to the distributors on the expectations and placement of the brand in the market place.
+ Work cross functionally with counterparts in operations, marketing & merchandising to ensure alignment on distribution and commercial priorities.
+ Provided detailed input and feedback to ensure the most commercial product ranges and marketing support for global partners.
+ Build a yearly forecast with each distributor and review this on a regular basis.
+ Review competitor behaviour in each territory, report on store findings and competitor activity.
+ Help the International sales head with day to day tasks.
