Senior Web Analyst - Travel

One of the UK's largest online travel companies are looking to add another digital analytics expert to the team, overseeing some exciting new insight-based projects from their modern offices in Central London. In this role you will become an invaluable resource to the business, work on a project-by-project basis helping to deliver robust data solutions, insights and recommendations to stakeholders. The key skillset missing in the team, is for an accomplished Python expert, who has a passion for Digital.


  • Establish and report on KPIs for trading and marketing performance
  • Using data from SQL and GAP you will be presenting actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Become the resident Python-expert within the analytics team.
  • Develop and maintain performance reporting; identifying trends and making recommendations to key stakeholders. Optimise the reporting by automating data processing and population of the reports.
  • Help drive technical web analytics strategy to help evolve the Ecommerce team by delivering clear and actionable recommendations to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Provide multichannel insights to enhance customers' journey when looking for the ideal product to improve conversion and end-end customer experience.
  • Conduct analysis of web behaviour data, identify patterns and discover insights and provide recommendations to product and marketing managers


  • Extensive hands on experience with Google Analytics (Premium preferred)
  • Proficiency with SQL and Excel.
  • Hands on Python expertise.
  • Strong VBA skills.
  • Experience in a hands-on Digital Analytics environment.
  • Understanding of: Cluster, Regression, Forecast, Market Basket, CHAID and cluster analysis.


If successful in your application you will receive a basic salary ranging up to £55,000 + Benefits.
