Business Analyst - London - Digital Services.

This role works closely with the creative team consisting of a lead and designers as well as with the head of digital services. As the BA you would be required to research around the high level problems, present to the Creative team, work with the team to visualise solutions and back this up with a review of feasibility and viability. You will work closely with a number of stakeholders including senior board members and will be an active part of the ideas generation process.

Essential experience and skills:

* Identifying and managing stakeholders
* Experience in web/mobile/social media products
* Experience in User Centered Design and design thinking
* User journey / Wire frames
* Story Boards
* Proficient MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
* Proficient MS Visio or similar tool
* Proficient user of JIRA requirements management
* Writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
* Capturing Business/Functional/Non-Functional Requirements
* Requirements Analysis
* Developing and writing Use Cases
* Cost Benefit Analysis
