IT Projects Coordinator / Planner, Hull area, £25000 - £28000

Our client is a hugely successful company who continue to grow throughout the UK. Due to expansion they are looking to appoint an IT Projects Coordinator / Planner

Operating in a matrix management approach, the IT Projects Coordinator / Planner will assist in the coordination, planning and implementation of IT projects, which will include testing of the technology being developed from a user stance. Furthermore, it will involve assisting in the training, prioritisation and management of the projects and their role out, under the direction of the Projects Officer.

As the IT Projects Coordinator / Planner you will be responsible for;

* Assisting in coordinating project activities, resources, equipment and information
* Monitoring, tracking, validating and reporting UAT and to log
* Acting as the point of contact and assisting in communicating project status to the Business
* Assisting in and creating comprehensive training documentation and illustrations as necessary
* Assisting in the day-to-day validation of the systems testing
* Delivering training to users on the new systems where necessary
* Providing direct assistance to the Projects Officer

Requirements of the role;

* Qualifications / good knowledge of project coordination within an IT environment
* Qualification / good knowledge of Business Analysis
* Experience of systems / UAT testing
* Experience of delivering user training
* Good written and oral communication skills
