Graduate Business Development Executive, earning £30K OTE

£18,000 to £20,000 Basic salary + realistic £10,000 Commission first year + Progression + Training + Pension + Benefits

The Graduate Sales person will be an ambitious graduate looking to pursue a career in Business Development. You will be confident at making outbound calls to generate appointments for external Sales Engineers. All of the skills will be taught and nothing other than motivation to succeed is required to apply for the role.

Within the Graduate Business Development Executive role, you will work within a team of 5 supporting the company’s sales efforts. You will be making 60 calls a day and will be responsible for making appointments for the field sales team. The Graduate Business Development Executive role:
* Generating appointments for external sales staff with clients.
* Admin work.
* Lead Generation, approximately 60 calls a day.
* Working to KPI’s such as number of calls, ratio of calls to sales, follow ups to leads, revenue etc.
