Client Experience Executive

Up to £23,500pa

Monument, London

My client is an established, vibrant and driven company in London. Seeking a hardworking and ambitious candidate to join their Mortgage team in a busy and varied client Experience role.

Duties include:

Prepare and submit applications

Input all client information onto system

Understand client requirements

Manage a case from start to finish ensuring that all parties have the information they require

Support the Mortgage Client Services Manager in delivering a personalised and high quality service

Understand and follow the Mortgage Client Service process

Manage your daily priorities

Ensure all updates on the progress of each case are recorderd

Update report sheet so that all interested parties can easily review the status of each case

Highlight any concerns or potential issues with management

Provide regular updates to the Partner and Clients to ensure that the clients are kept fully updated

Prepare Mortgage packs prior to client meetings

Liaising with lenders and other third parties to obtain updates, identify any additional information required and ensure that this is provided.

Ensure that a mortgage or protection cases progress as quickly and smoothly as possible

Have a good understanding of the mortgage and protection advice process

Skills required:

Experience of submitting online applications

1 years + Mortgage exposure

'Can do' attitude

Excellent organisational skills

Good knowledge of mortgage and protection policies

Excellent telephone manner
