Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for a new and exciting challenge, working for one of the most iconic and prestigious brands in the automotive sector?

MINI are currently looking for a new MINI Service Advisor and a MINI Senior Service Advisor to work in their new state of the art facility in Long Hanborough.

The role of MINI Service Advisor is diverse and will challenge you in many areas, including the smooth day to day running of the department, ensuring that it is profitable, whilst also being an integral member of the Management Team.

Main Duties:

* Greeting all customers with enthusiasm and a smile
* Take ownership responsibility for customer vehicles, keys and workshop parking.
* Complete Repair Orders and inform customers of approximate prices, delivery times and acceptable methods of payment.
* Carry out road tests and physical inspections where necessary.
* Establish the customer's onward travel arrangements and offer a service loan car or courtesy transport where applicable.
* Identifying customer requirements, arranging bookings and handing over completed vehicles
* Maintaining the service desk, ensuring all customer queries are answered and dealt with immediately
* Allocating jobs to Technicians
* Ensuring that the workshop environment is efficiently loaded.

Additional Salary Information:

* Basic Salary £22,000 - £26,000K depending on experience + Bonus potential of £13,200K
* Pension contribution, childcare vouchers, cycle to work scheme, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, training and development.

Essential Requirements:

* You will possess excellent technical knowledge gained in the retail motor industry, as well as previous management experience in a similar role.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
* Able to take initiative and ownership of issues with a proactive can-do attitude.
* Able to multi-task and switch between tasks.
* A team player who offers help and support to others.
* Willingness to learn and keep up-to-date with product and technical information.
