About the Company:
Our client is a well renowned family owned construction company, working across the residential, Commercial, Healthcare and Educational sectors.
Due to growth, our client is looking to bring on more Quantity Surveyors across all levels from Assistant to Senior, to be based in North East London but covering projects across London. Must have a knowledge of the new build and refurbishment processes within the main contract building environment typically covering education, healthcare, commercial, retail, leisure, residential and specialist projects. This is an excellent opportunity for those with the desire to achieve results by hard work and who wish to participate in the future of a progressive organisation.

The client is looking for someone with a main contract background, you must be driven and have a hard work ethic.. It would be preferable that you have a formal construction degree / qualification in Quantity Surveying. Our client wants someone who is a lateral thinker, with highly developed problem-solving abilities, which will be coupled with a very strong academic background. It is essential you have experience of overseeing a variation of new build and refurbishment projects.
