Ad Ops Manager - online audio
Central London
£30-35k

Why are you doing ad ops at a boring publisher when you could be doing it at a wicked online audio and podcast business?

I know that when you've got a couple of years' experience in a job and you're quite settled and everybody likes you because you're fun, and you're working for a big publisher (which you think is where you need to be but really it isn't) - it can be quite hard to make a move. Let me make that easier for you.

This company has an awesome product that is fun, innovative and really well-received by advertisers.

The team is small, fun and like a little family. As long as you're fun and focused too then you'll fit in like you've worked there forever and have a great time. You'll be managing one ad ops exec who is an absolute darling.

You'll essentially be the Head of Ad Ops for the UK team.

You will be exposed to every part of a media business - you'll be sitting alongside the sales team, content team, finance - you will continue to learn loads, over and above the ad ops world that you currently function in.

You will be essential to the success of the business - you'll be a big empowered cog in a small machine, helping the business succeed, be amazing and grow.

They're nimble and flexible; there are no rigid rules, and if you have an idea, you're encouraged to run with it.

Is that enough?

You need some decent ad ops experience, ideally with programmatic experience, and even better if you're from an agency trading desk. You need to know how to set-up, optimise and troubleshoot campaigns. You need to be nice - but focused, and hard-working.

Everything else can be discussed.
