The Premier Pathways Programme is an innovative PGCE initiative that offers aspiring teachers with a unique opportunity to develop their teaching abilities within one school environment over a two-year programme. Commencing the programme as a Teaching Assistant and progressing at a pace that suits them, graduates are given the requisite time and guidance to enjoy and excel throughout their teacher training.

With no tuition costs and an average annual salary of £15,000, few PGCE programmes can rival the financial benefits that Premier Pathways can offer. Working full-time within the same school ensures that every trainee is not only well-paid as they obtain their PGCE, but also vastly experienced by its completion.
