Exciting opportunity for a Senior PR Account Manager / Account Director to join this rapidly expanding, fast paced specialist financial & professional services PR consultancy. Working across financial services and professional services sectors this agency has an impressive client portfolio and bulging award cabinet due to the best in class campaigns they are implementing.

They now seek a determined and ambitious Senior Account Manager / Account Director to join their growing team. Working across a host of financial and professional services accounts, the successful Senior Account Manager/ Account Director must be forward thinking and strategic in their approach. The SAM/AD's will have proven experience in creating innovative PR campaigns for financial services or professional services clients. The successful Senior Account Manager / Account Director will have outstanding client relationship management skills and be able to manage a bright and talented team of junior PR professionals who will look up to them for guidance and support.

As a Senior PR Account Manager/ Account Director you will have commercial acumen and entrepreneurial flair for new business generation, and be able to grow existing client accounts organically as well as pitch for fresh new prospects.

The Senior PR Account Manager / Account Director will be highly creative and be able to devise innovative campaigns for financial services and professional services clients. In addition to the strategy development the SAM/AD will also be an exceptional copy writer with a nose for a news angle/story, possess strong press contacts and have a tenacious approach to media relations.

Responsibilities

-Oversee delivery across all managed accounts, ensuring an outstanding level of service to all clients
-Implement strategies to grow the agency, both organically and through new business ventures.
-Manage, develop and support your account team, providing mentoring and training opportunities for junior members of staff
-Lead by example with your tenacious and proactive approach to media relations
- Superb copy writing and content generation skills
- Strong strategic campaign development ability
