Head of Business Development UK.
The role is a key member of the Leadership Team and will play a critical role in driving the Company’s growth agenda in UK.
The individual will take the lead in formulating go to market strategies, identifying target clients and using their extensive property market network to open doors with prospective client executives.
Working with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and Head of Operations UK, the Head of Business Development UK will grow the Company’s market share and revenue by identifying, assessing and developing new business opportunities throughout the UK region with an initial focus on London. Together, you will craft and execute a strategy for maximising market share in UK offices, growth into UK retail and successful entry into the UK market.
Essential Skills & Knowledge: Head of Business Development
10 years + experience as Business Development Manager, ideally in a B2B, consultative selling role
Experience in property or asset management
Deep understanding of and connections within the UK property market landscape. (Particularly at the executive level) with a proven track record of creating new business opportunities and achievement of sales in property.
Understanding of the current use of technology solutions within the sector and knowledge of new and emerging prop tech trends.
Business and financial management acumen.
Strong negotiation, deal-making and contracting skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit and creative thinker.

Experience in / strong interest in technology and product management.
Experience within a data and analytics environment.
Experience engaging with customers to validate product ideas (including usability research and idea validation).
There will be a requirement to travel both domestically and periodically overseas.
