Operations Coordinator


The role of the coordinator is to support the delivery of the events and competitions and to provide excellent customer service support to our stakeholders and customers. The candidate will also be required to support the delivery of competition's and regional events.

Specific Projects:

  • Competition delivery
  • Assist with qualifying events for which include:
  • General Operations
  • Participant Eligibility
  • Providing a high level of customer service to all stake holders and customers, via telephone and email
  • Identify solutions to on-going challenges
  • Process Entries/Withdrawals
  • Ensure receipt and publication of tournament communications and results
  • Calendar maintenance
  • Code of Conduct inputting and monitoring
  • Preparation of media guides


  • Responsible for events website: coordination of content, writing articles, sourcing and loading photos, general maintenance of website.

General duties/responsibilities:

  • Preparation of papers for meetings
  • Assist in preparation of major events as required
  • Attendance at events when required
  • Work on specific projects as and when assigned

Skills/competencies required:

  • Knowledge and strong interest in sport
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Languages: Italiant (required); French, Spanish (desirable)
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail/accuracy
  • General consistency and ability to focus on routine tasks
  • Good communication skills, written and oral
  • Planning & organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of team
  • Enthusiastic and motivated
  • Flexible attitude
