An award-winning home developer based in London is looking for an experienced Graphic and Digital Designer to join their team. The leading company specialises in a variety of high quality projects ranging from studio apartments to large luxury houses. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to showcase their design skills whilst being part of a dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales and Marketing team in designing marketing collateral including - hoarding and signage, newsletters, emails, corporate/non-development specific brochures, advertisements (print and digital), email signature banners, fact sheets and web banners
  • Ensure all artwork produced meets the needs, requirements and brand values of the company
  • Assist with regular updates to the website
  • Manage social media platforms in accordance with the marketing strategy
  • Design presentations for use externally and internally
  • Create new or amend existing artwork
  • Work closely with appointed graphic design agencies
  • Support the existing brand and roll out of the potential re-brand

Requirements:

  • Creativity, artistic flair and an eye for good design
  • 3+ years work as a graphic designer, preferably in-house
  • Excellent visual design, typographical and layout skills
  • Proficiency with use of Adobe Creative Suite plus PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of HTML for emails and email marketing platforms
  • Knowledge of print production and finishing processes
  • Demonstrable knowledge of current and upcoming design trends
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and cope with demanding deadlines
  • Self-motivation and good time management skills
  • Experience of working with property clients is preferable but not essential
