1st Line Support Analyst - London - £20,000 - £25,000

A leading technology company, based in London, is currently looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join their friendly, but focused, IT Support team.

The key responsibilities of the 1st Line Support Analyst are:
*Resolve all 1st line support calls to agreed service levels
*Responding to and logging all requests and faults submitted by telephone, email and the IT Service Desk logging tool
*Prioritising and allocating support calls to the relevant technical support team
*Diagnosing and resolving both hardware and software faults
*Ensuring that all support faults and requests received into the IT Service Desk are answered and responded in a timely manner

Successful applicants for this 1st Line Support Analyst position must have:
*Previous experience of working in a desktop support environment
*A strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems from Windows 7 to Windows 10
*Excellent problem solving skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Service Desk Analyst - London - £20,000 - £25,000

It would also be beneficial for the successful 1st Line Support Analyst to have:
*Experience supporting remote access solutions
*Knowledge of Windows Server 2008 to 2016
