An exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant exists to undertake a role within the Business Support team. Providing financial and administration support across the group, your brief includes:
•Processing of weekly timecards, ensuring data is submitted & hours are agreed
•Raising weekly & monthly client invoices
•Credit control of outstanding client payments
•Maintenance of assignment information through to job closure
•Supporting Partners on WIP-Work in Progress management
•Review of employee expenses
As an AAT or qualified by experience Accounts Assistant, you will demonstrate financial numeracy and the ability to handle large volumes of data, strong Excel and Word skills and an eye for detail. The role demands the ability to use your initiative, a team-player approach and an outgoing, enthusiastic personality. Excellent training and career development available.
