You will work out of their modern and stylish showroom and be amongst a friendly and genuine team. They often carry out seasonal parties in London for their employees and clients, as well as company days out/evening drinks.


Working out of their UK Head Office in London


£22,000 - £24,000 basic

Quarterly bonus dependant on performance

25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

The job

  • You will be responsible for supporting a team of account managers, ensuring that the sales pipeline and customer information is up to date at all times
  • Supporting all stages of the sales process including tenders, orders, samples etc
  • Once a month you will go out to meet with clients at their offices and showrooms with an Account Manager
  • Communicating with Architects, Designers, Manufacturers & Dealers over the phone and via email professionally
  • Accurately processing UK & Export orders, and ensuring all returns are completed within allocated time frames
  • Managing and exceeding customer expectations in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensuring all enquiries are resolved effectively in line with company policy
  • Inputting data accurately at all times
  • Maintain CRM database


  • It is essential you are experienced dealing with stock and inputting data
  • You must have attention to detail and be extremely organised
  • An excellent communicator who takes a friendly but professional approach when dealing with clients
  • Experience managing CRM Systems – the company use Salesforce and Axis
  • Ability to multitask & prioritise workload
  • Must have experience working within a fast paced B2B environment with the ability to work quickly, but accurately under pressure
  • Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft applications
  • It is desirable that you have experience within interiors, furniture or technology systems
