An exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager to manage the entire function with in a well known organisation. The role comes an exciting time as the organisation is rapidly changing and improving processes and procedures.
Based in West London and one of the leaders in the sector this organisation provides a range of higher education courses to students across a number of campuses.
The Payroll Manager will manage one member of staff and be responsible for the following duties
- Managing the Payroll for over 2000 permanent and temporary staff members.
- Working closely with the HR team to ensure all Payroll and Pension data is accurate.
- Work with Senior Members of the Finance team to implement and maintain Payroll Systems and upgrade processes.
- Be the main point of contact for all Payroll and Pension queries.
The successful Payroll Manager will have exposure to managing a Payroll for around 2000 members of staff and be enthusiastic about keeping up to date with new legislation.
Experience and knowledge of Payroll Systems and Implementation is desired for the role. Experience with in the Higher Education Sector and knowledge of Teacher's Pensions is desirable but not essential.
A salary of between £47,000 and £52,000 plus benefits including a generous holiday allowance and pension contribution
