This is an external sales role covering London & the surrounding areas, working from their state of the art showroom in London as and when required. You will have the support from an internal sales team, and work amongst a team of friendly account managers. The company are extremely social and often hold networking events, seasonal parties and get involved with all industry exhibitions.


£32,000 - £35,000 basic

+ OTE £5,000 - £10,000 per year

+ travel expenses

25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

The role

  • Generating new business through A&D community
  • Develop and manage existing relationships with Architects and Designers, keeping up to date with upcoming projects
  • Gain specifications of company range of products & solutions
  • Identify key decisions makers on projects
  • Support and work closely with Account Managers, communicating information on projects gained through A&D contacts
  • Carry out CPD presentations as and when required
  • Educate A&D community on company products and solutions, and ensure the practices are signed up to database to receive key information
  • Ensure all enquiries, quotes, sample requests and general admin is completed accurately
  • Attend exhibitions, networking and social events when required
  • Maintain company CRM system with client information, quotes, pipeline, detail contact lists etc


  • Experience in a technical sales role selling to Architects and Designers
  • It is desirable that you have experience in workplace furniture, fit out, technology systems, fabrics, flooring or any other interior/design led product
  • Must be self motivated with the ability to organise your workload, time and diary effectively
  • Target-driven professional with a can do attitude
  • Confident communicator who is comfortable at public speaking and carrying out presentations
  • Very social environment so must be able to go to networking events and exhibitions which could be outside of work hours as and when required
