Do you have strong administrative experience within a professional office environment but looking to move into a finance focused role? You may also be studying your AAT and looking for an office based role which has some finance elements. My client is an established and highly reputable business services organisation who are currently seeking an entry level Finance Assistant to join their very successful team.
You must have previous office based administrative experience, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and excellent communication skills.
About The Role
This is a varied role where you will be responsible for inputting client funds into the system and reconciling the accounts. You will work closely with the Credit Control Team to investigate any queries and assist the team with the settlement of any outstanding invoices from the client. The role will also include the conversion of direct debits and standing orders across to specific accounts

You own transport is essential owing to the rural location of the company.
